Palazzetti Summer Kitchens
LifestyleBarbecues & Ovens, Built to Last a Lifetime
There’s something about cooking over a real fire that no amount of technology can replace. The smell of wood smoke, the slow glow of charcoal, the satisfaction of pulling a perfectly blistered pizza from a proper oven, these Palazzetti moments are what brings people together.
Palazzetti has been crafting outdoor barbecues and ovens in Porcia, north-east Italy, for decades. We’ve been their trusted partner here in Cyprus for years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back to them: these are serious, beautifully made products that are built to stand in your garden for decades, not just seasons.
Download our Palazzetti brochure and find out why, these Summer Kitchens are a beautiful addition to any home.
More Than a Barbecue it’s a Palazzetti BBQ
A Palazzetti barbecue isn’t something you assemble on a Saturday afternoon and replace in three years. These are substantial, handsome structures, built from reinforced cement and finished with Marmotech granite-effect worktops, that become a permanent and much-loved part of your outdoor space.
Whether you want a simple charcoal grill for weekend steaks, a full wood-fired oven for bread and pizza, or a complete outdoor kitchen that grows with your ambitions, Palazzetti has a model and a configuration to match.
Every barbecue arrives with a full assembly and painting kit included, so you can finish it exactly how you want. And because the entire range is compatible with their modular Cookie kitchen line, you’re never locked into a single setup, you can add worktops, sinks, gas hobs, storage, and even a full oven module over time.
Cook the Way You Want To on Palazzetti
One of the things that sets Palazzetti apart is versatility. These aren’t one-trick barbecues — depending on the model, you can grill, roast, bake, cook on a lava stone slab, or spit-roast, all from a single outdoor station.
Grilling — Whether you use wood or charcoal, the reinforced fireboxes with refractory floors and insulated padding give you consistent, controllable heat. The Fast-Fire Box air flow system improves combustion and makes cleaning up straightforward.
Wood-Fired Oven — Several models include a genuine refractory oven alongside the grill. Cook pizza, bread, roasts, lasagne, and slow-baked dishes with the unmistakable flavour that only a real wood oven delivers. The oven floors are CE-certified for food contact, and stainless steel doors come with built-in thermometers.
Lava Stone Slab — One of the oldest and healthiest cooking methods. No added fats needed — the stone heats evenly and cooks meat, fish, vegetables, and cheese naturally. It’s quick to heat and almost impossible to burn your food on.
Spit Roasting — For whole chickens, lamb, or mixed skewers, spit roasting over wood produces extraordinary results. It takes patience, but the reward is unforgettable.

Materials That Earn Their Place Outdoors
Every Palazzetti barbecue is engineered for life in the open air, using two key materials that balance aesthetics with resilience.
Cement Mix — The structural body is made from a high-quality blend of cement, aggregates, and refractory materials. Each barbecue is supplied unfinished with a special waterproof quartz-based paint that protects against the elements and wear. This isn’t a shortcut — it’s a deliberate choice that lets you customise the finish to suit your space.
Marmotech — The worktops are made from this innovative granulated marble composite, available in polished grey or red granite finishes. It’s exceptionally heat-resistant, requires minimal maintenance, and feels premium to the touch. A transparent protective coating is all it needs to stay looking beautiful year after year.
Fireboxes — Strengthened with double-wall construction, rear ventilation channels, and high-alumina refractory linings, the fireboxes are built to handle the intense heat of frequent log fires without compromising the structure. Metal hood guards protect against combustion heat for long-term durability.
Build Your Complete Palazzetti Outdoor Kitchen
Palazzetti’s Cookie modular kitchen line lets you turn any barbecue into a fully equipped outdoor kitchen — and you don’t have to do it all at once. Start with your barbecue, then add modules as your needs (and enthusiasm) grow.
Cupboard Module — Storage for firewood, gas cylinders, or utensils, with optional doors in stainless steel, anthracite, or peach finishes.
Worktop Module — Extra preparation space with a polished Marmotech granite-effect top.
Sink Module — A stainless steel sink with mixer tap, ready to connect.
Gas Hob Module — A 2 or 4-burner stainless steel hob (the 2-burner version includes a handy lid).
Gas Grill Module — A professional-grade gas cooking system in thick 18/10 stainless steel, available with 3 or 4 burners, grills, and an enamelled cast iron griddle.
Oven Module — A wood-fired oven made entirely from stainless steel, with a thick refractory floor, thermometer, and side firewood rack.
Corner Module & Splashback — For L-shaped layouts and a clean, finished look.
All modules share the same Marmotech worktop options (grey or red granite) and door finishes, so everything coordinates beautifully.
A Palazzetti Barbecue for Every Space and Every Cook
Palazzetti offers a wide range of cement barbecues, from compact single-grill models to large twin-cooking-area stations with integrated ovens. Here’s a flavour of what’s available:
Compact & Versatile — Models like the Andros, Levanzo, and Salina are ideal if you want a quality charcoal barbecue with a manageable footprint. They all feature refractory grill areas, Marmotech tops, and can be extended with Cookie modules over time.
Barbecue + Oven Combos — The Malibù, Gargano, Capri, and Maxime with Oven combine a full-size charcoal grill with an integrated wood-fired oven — perfect if you want to grill and bake side by side.
Large & Social — The Trinidad, Tropea, and Miami (twin grill) are built for serious entertainers. Extra-large grill areas, side braziers for continuous coal production, and generous worktops mean you can cook for a crowd without breaking a sweat.
Unique Designs — The Oreste is a standout — a combined lava stone slab and oven workstation heated by a single fire, designed for cooks who want something different. The Up offers a striking contemporary design that can sit on a custom base.
We carry the full Palazzetti range. If you’ve seen a model in the brochure that speaks to you, we can source it.
Standalone Ovens – From Pizza Nights to Slow Roasts
If it’s a dedicated oven you’re after, Palazzetti offers several options:
Carmine — A practical, countertop stainless steel oven with a dome-shaped cooking chamber. It reaches temperature quickly using minimal firewood and is light enough for terrace installation. Available in wood, gas, or LPG versions.
Easy Range — Modular, double-walled refractory ovens that are naturally insulated and straightforward to assemble outdoors. Available in four sizes (from 4 to 8 pizzas at once), they’re ideal for bread and pizza.
Ghiottone Range — High-alumina refractory ovens that accumulate heat and release it slowly and evenly. Perfect for slow roasting as well as baking. Available from small to large.
Smile Range — Designed for serious heat retention. These ovens store warmth long after the fire has gone out — ideal for large joints of meat, multiple rounds of pizza, and overnight bread baking. Available from 80 cm to 120 cm.
The Palazzetti Patio Range — Open-Fire Cooking at Its Best
For those who love the ancient charm of cooking over an open wood fire, Palazzetti’s Patio range offers large, open fireboxes in refractory or cast iron, ideal for installation on a porch or under a covered area.
Available in sizes from 64 cm to 116 cm, these fireboxes accommodate generously sized grills and rotisseries. They feature flue dampers for draft control, removable ash pans, and cast iron rear walls for maximum heat retention. Purpose-built cement base modules are available in two heights (35 cm and 70 cm) to suit your installation.
The Patio range can also be the centrepiece of a fully custom outdoor kitchen project, talk to us about what’s possible.
Prefer Gas? We Have You Covered at Palazzetti
Not everyone wants to manage a wood fire, and that’s perfectly fine. Palazzetti’s stainless steel gas range offers the same cooking quality in a lighter, more portable format, ideal for terraces, smaller gardens, or anyone who wants to fire up and start cooking immediately.
The Gioia features a Teppanyaki griddle system, cook without added fats on a thick stainless steel plate. The Romeo (available in 70 and 90 cm widths) offers a reversible cast iron griddle with smooth and ribbed sides. And the Alain is a full outdoor workstation with 4 burners, grills, a griddle, a side hob, and stainless steel construction throughout.
All gas models can also sit on Cookie kitchen modules for a fully integrated setup.
