It doesnât make any difference whether you like meat, are a vegetarian or prefer fish. You can still all cook and have fun together around a Palazzetti barbecue because we cater for all tastes.Â
No matter whether you use wood or charcoal, itâs always exciting to light a blazing fire and it makes you want to start cooking straight away! You must be patient though and wait for a thin layer of white ash to cover the hot coals before putting your food on the grill, which must be at the right cooking temperature: high for large pieces of meat, medium for fish in general and low for vegetables.
